Terms of service

The service

Evgoras provides a platform for running standardized psychological and professional assessments: inviting participants, collecting responses, scoring, reporting and related AI assistance. The service is offered to organizations and professionals, not directly to consumers.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you register. You may not use the service to process data you have no right to process, to attempt to access other organizations' data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Professional responsibility

Assessment results are decision-support material for qualified professionals. They are not a medical diagnosis, and the platform does not provide medical or psychological advice.

Interpreting results, communicating them to participants and any decision based on them remain the responsibility of the professional and the organization using the service.

Data protection

Your organization remains the controller of the participant data it processes through the service; Evgoras acts as processor under a data processing agreement, available on request. The privacy notice describes how data is protected, where it flows and how data subject rights are supported.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through our merchant of record, Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and plan limits are shown on the billing page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed service level during the current phase. Features may evolve; material changes that reduce functionality of a paid plan are announced in advance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. The final liability wording will be set with counsel before general availability.
